• 250g of Café Femenino, a slightly fruity and very chocolatey coffee from Peru
• 250g of Sítio da Torre, a very soft and round Brazil with caramelized notes
• 250g of our house blend “Nice Shoes”, powerful and balanced
• a short explanatory note on espresso extraction and how to obtain the best result in the cup
