Hafursa Haru Station is located near the town of Yirgacheffe which has largely contributed to the reputation of Ethiopian coffees in the world. The cherries are picked and sorted by hand to ensure maximum quality and homogeneity that is found in the cup.
The station includes 12 fermentation tanks and 169 drying beds, allowing for rapid processing of harvests while ensuring full batch traceability. This coffee comes from drying bed number 160.
